INGREDIENTS

- 1 bag of 120 g of mesclun

- Fresh grapes

- 2 fresh apricots

- 2 red plums

- 1 fresh orange

- 8 strawberries

- 1 package of Natural duck foie gras sauce

- 2 tablespoons of raisins

- 6 dried apricots

- 2 tablespoons of chopped toasted hazelnuts

- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam

- Olive oil

- Vinegar

- Maldon salt

 

PREPARATION

Assemble the salad by combining the fresh and dry fruits with the lettuce. Add Natural Foie gras Imperia souce on top and dress it with oil, vinegar and salt.
